"Sends out an incredible amount of spam mail with nothing on it indicating it can be thrown away immediately, distrustful practice."
"Hi Ryan, I understand being frustrated with getting many items in the mail that you're not interested in. I do not directly send these from my office, and did not seek you out personally to bother you. Mail is a piece of State Farm marketing. It's a way to create awareness that there are local agents there to help those who want it. This is something that many businesses use to create awareness of their presence. These can be tossed in the garbage, like you said. This is not a reflection of my level of respect and who I am as a small business owner. As you can see by other reviews, and if you knew me, or spoke with me, I am definitely not distrustful, and strive to give every customer and prospective customer the best experience. I would greatly appreciate you removing your review, since you have never gotten the chance to experience me or my business. Thank you! "
